Export LCL USA - Import Security Filing (ISF)

We would like to remind you again that the required Importer Security Filing (ISF) must be submitted on time, or the necessary formalities must have been initiated at the time of booking.
Of course, the ISF is an import filing; nevertheless, the shipper’s cooperation at the point of origin is absolutely essential. When you place your booking, we therefore assume that all necessary arrangements have been made and that the required information will be available to the importer/broker or the relevant authority in the U.S. in a timely manner.
Missing or late filings can lead to significant delays and additional costs and, as a result, affect the entire container.
Furthermore, the repeated verification of missing filings and the associated follow-up inquiries represent a significant burden for us, which we may have to pass on to you.
Therefore, please ensure that all necessary requirements for the timely completion of the ISF filing are met before placing your booking.
