Export - MPCI-Filing United Arab Emirates Reminder

Dear valued Customers,

in accordance with our earlier announcement (20.02.2026) we would like to remind you that as of June 30th, 2026, MPCI-Filing (Maritime Pre-Load Cargo Information Program) by the National Advance Information Center (NAIC) will be mandatory in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All shipment-related data* (see page 2) is required for goods being loaded into or through the UAE. Detailed information can be found on the NAIC website.

Each party involved in the shipment must file the B/L they issue. If SACO issues a HB/L showing real shipper and real consignee for you, no further filing is required on your end. If you issue your own HB/L, you will need to file it accordingly. SACO requires your MPCI-ID for these shipments to link your filing with the SACO HB/L. To get a MPCI-ID you need to register your company with the NAIC. The filings can be performed through an authorized service provider only.

We recommend that you register as soon as possible and contact a service provider for the set up.

For all shipments that will be shipped on or after June 15, 2026, we require the MPCI filing data from you. We will not charge the MPCI Filing Admin Fee until June 30, 2026.

The SACO MPCI-ID is: SCGOL00

Our MPCI Filing Admin Fee is EUR 27,50 per B/L
