Dear valued customer,
the St. Lawrence River water levels have decreased considerably, with latest forecasts by the Canadian Coast Guard predicting further reductions.
We therefore would like to inform you that with effect from July 15th, 2025 SACO Shipping will implement a Low Water Surcharge for all cargo moving to and via the port of Montreal as follows:
Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver / Chicago
