EU Emission Surcharge (EU ETS + FuelEU)
Dear valued customer,
following our previous communication dd. November 25th, 2024 with regards to upcoming 2025 changes of additionals in accordance with the „Fit for55“ package of the European Commission, we will be introducing one surcharge covering both the EU ETS Surcharge as well as the FuelEU Maritime.
All trades inbound and outbound:
EU Emission Surcharge: USD/EUR 4,00 wm
The EU Emission Surcharge is collected with the Oceanfreight and other surcharges (as applicable), currency aligned.
Effective date: January 1st, 2025.
