LCL Export Libya - Advanced Cargo Information (ACI)
Dear valued customer,
we would like to inform you that the Libyen Customs Authority will implement the Advanced Cargo Information (ACI) system in Libya, effective November 01st, 2024 (ETS).
Each importer is required to apply for an ACI number for every shipment, and the exporter must verify and confirm the number prior booking/loading. Both, the importer and exporter must register accordingly.

It is imperative that the ACI number is availbale prior loading. Shipments without valid ACI number will not be loaded, any incurred charges such as storage charges at expense of the cargo.
